This blog documents the development of Stanford University Press’s digital publishing initiative. With the generous support of the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, SUP began its efforts to implement a publishing program for born-digital interactive scholarly works in 2015. This blog seeks to make transparent the considerations and processes that such an initiative involves. Authors of the blog include Jasmine Mulliken, Production and Preservation Manager, Digital Projects Associate; Friederike Sundaram, Senior Editor for Digital Projects; Nicole Coleman, Digital Research Architect at Stanford University Libraries; and Alan Harvey, Director of Stanford University Press.
